Iran Destroyed 11 US Fighter Jets, Helicopters on Ground

Tehran (ANN) – Iran’s Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters has announced what it described as a new battlefield doctrine amid continuing hostilities with the United States, declaring that every Iranian citizen killed in US attacks would be answered by the death of an American service member.
Major General Ali Abdollahi issued the warning as Iranian forces continued retaliatory operations against US military targets across the region.
“From this moment onward, the battlefield equation is officially declared: for every proud citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran who is martyred, one American servicemember will be sent to hell,” Abdollahi said in a statement.
He added that Iran had prepared what he called “one-way tickets to hell” for US forces, underscoring Tehran’s determination to continue military retaliation.
According to Iranian officials, the United States has continued aerial strikes against targets inside Iran for nearly two weeks. Iran says many of the attacks have struck civilian locations, while Washington has maintained that its operations are directed at military objectives. Independent verification of the competing claims remains unavailable.
Iranian authorities said their armed forces have launched heavy retaliatory strikes against US military facilities and strategic assets across West Asia.
Iran also accused Washington of violating a Pakistan-brokered Memorandum of Understanding signed on June 17, which was intended to halt hostilities and pave the way for further negotiations. Tehran said the alleged breach prompted its latest military response.
Meanwhile, the broader regional conflict has continued to expand. Iranian media reported that Saudi Arabia has intensified military operations in Yemen while US strikes against Iran continue, adding to growing instability across the Middle East.
Separately, the Iranian news agency Tasnim quoted IRGC spokesman General Hossein Mohebbi as claiming that Iranian forces destroyed 11 American fighter jets and helicopters on the ground between July 6 and July 22 during attacks on US military bases in the region.
According to Mohebbi, the strikes also destroyed:
17 reconnaissance and operational drones, including eight newly deployed systems.
One F-15 fighter aircraft inside a protective shelter.
One P-8 maritime patrol aircraft.
One C-17 military transport aircraft.
Eight aerial refueling aircraft.
The United States has not publicly confirmed these claims, and they could not be independently verified.
The latest statements and battlefield claims highlight the continued escalation of the conflict despite previous diplomatic efforts, raising concerns that the confrontation could further destabilize the wider Middle East.
