The word charisma comes from the Greek word “gift”, befitting the notion that allure is something you’re born with, and can’t earn. Values and purpose help drive and motivate behaviour consistently and strongly, which others see to be dynamic and enthusiastic. A strong driving force can also be contextual. Many people are strongly driven and charismatic in a certain direction or field, but not in others. Charismatic people have a strong vision of what they want. This is different to driving force or purpose. The point here is the mental vision of the purpose. This creates a strong energy of intent that others can feel, and often see and hear too. Positive attitudes help produce results.
Having a strong mental picture of your aims tends to reinforce your own actions and the responses and actions of others in the direction of the vision. Exhibiting high personal positive energy builds and maintains a positive energetic response in others. Positive energy makes others feel good. Charisma is something you can cultivate and use in your public speaking. In reality, we all have charisma in certain situations, but some people like has an exceptional one. Speaking means being relaxed to own the situation and allowing your unique personality to show to your audiences. While camera is concentrated, some people feel stressed, however, with regard to Abdillahi for him is like telling fairy-tale to his friends in normal situation. That means, the camera and the microphone have no impact with him in all circumstances that me may encounter. A strategy is something like, an innovative new product; globalization, taking your products around the world; be the low-cost producer. A good strategy can fight better than thousands of military personnel equipped the most advanced weaponry.
