#Somaliland: @Court Sentences Man Accused of Killing and Rape of 18-Year-Old Girl

Hargeisa (ANN)-The Chairman of the Saraar Regional Court has sentenced Saleban Ali Arshe to death for the heinous murder and rape of 18-year-old Hodan Said Adan, in mid-November 2020, in Gunburaha, Saraar region.
Judge Sheikh Hassan said that the verdict was based on Surat al baqarah, verses 178 and 179, of the Holy Quran and the Islamic book of jurisprudence of Al Muqra al Muhtaj, of the General Penal Code.
