Washington (ANN)- Trump has started another American war for oil this time in Venezuela.

Trump first released the photo of the President of Venezuela blindfolded on a US Navy ship, which is humiliating and a disgrace to the world and international law.

He is not hiding the real reason why he is attacking Venezuela, but Washington always seems to change regime.

“I was watching live when the President of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro and his wife were captured. I was watching his capture as if I were watching a television program… Our army did an amazing job… There is no other country in the world that can do such an operation,” said Trump, while being proud of the country where his President was kidnapped

Many times the United States has intervened in the country in Latin America, which is rich in oil.

“They took all of our oil from not that long ago and we want it back. But they took it. They illegally took it.”

US officials confirmed to several media outlets that the White House is conducting strikes in Venezuela.

The Venezuelan government condemned the attacks, alleging they target civilian and military sites in Caracas. Explosions and low-flying aircraft have been reported, with blasts felt in Miranda, Aragua, and La Guaira. In response, Venezuela has declared a national emergency.

The US has confirmed that its military has carried out a large-scale operation in Venezuela.

President Donald Trump said Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro was “captured and flown out of the country” by US troops and law enforcement authorities.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores were arrested after the US military operations in Verenzuela, as President Trump announced on social Media.

Nicolas was sworn in for the third time, while the United States firmly refused to return to power.

Footage on social media captured a series of blasts in the capital Caracas while jets were seen flying over the city at around 2 am local time.

Venezuela has declared a national emergency and said it will ‘resist the presence of foreign troops’. Trump will hold a press conference later today, with more details to follow press.

Meanwhile one day before the United States launched air strikes on Venezuela and detained President Nicolas Maduro, he extended an olive branch to US President Donald Trump in an interview filmed on New Year’s Eve and aired on Venezuelan state television.

During the interview, Maduro said he had held only one conversation with Trump. He proposed serious talks with Washington on combating drug trafficking and that his government was prepared to offer US companies access to the country’s oil sector.
