Hargeisa, Somaliland (ANN) — The President of the Republic of Somaliland, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi (Cirro), has carried out a significant reshuffle within the Council of Ministers, accepting removed from several officials while appointing new members to key government positions.
In a presidential decree issued from the capital, Hargeisa, President Cirro emphasized that the changes are part of ongoing efforts to strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and accelerate the implementation of national development priorities.
