Hargeisa (ANN)- The Vice President of the Republic of Somaliland raised important questions and views at the National Conference on Education, highlighting the need for such meetings to have a clear purpose, real accountability and tangible results.

The person responsible for the implementation of the decisions
How to measure results
Broad Participation
The Education conference was attended by members of the cabinet, education officials, academics, teachers, civil society organizations and international organizations. Conference discussions focused on curriculum quality, teacher development, and access to equal educational opportunities.

Concurrent Perspectives
some of the participants of the meeting welcomed the speech of the Vice President, describing it as strengthening the efficiency and accountability of the institutions working in education. They said that the questions raised could lead to real reforms in the education system.
