It reaches 4 km from the gun on the tank, which is much advertised, and Ukraine has been waiting for more than a year, with President Biden already promising, but it is not the first cargo and weapons provided by the United States to reach Ukraine since the beginning of the war in early 2022.

Abrams tanks have already fought in Iraq and Afghanistan, but they have not been successful, as the United States and its Western allies have been completely defeated in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Germany’s long-awaited shipment of 18 Leopard 2 battle tanks has arrived in Ukraine, as confirmed by the German Ministry of Defense in early March 2023.

After months of disagreement, the German government announced in late January that it would provide Kyiv with modern combat vehicles as part of an agreement with several EU countries to help ship two Leopard 2 and 31 American combat vehicles Abrams. M1A2 Abrams tanks are made in the USA.

Berlin promised 14 tanks but increased the number to 18 tanks for the Ukrainian battalion; Portugal contributed 3 tanks; and Sweden contributed 10. Poland gave Ukraine a battalion of Leopard 2 A4s. great.

But it has not changed anything in the war in Ukraine, so analysts point out that we do not expect the American Abrams tanks to change much in the Russian war in Ukraine.
