Somaliland: Maxaa Mushaharka Shaqaalaha Ka Dhigay, Kharashka Keliya Ee Aan Ku Kordhin!!!

Sannadihii u dambeeyay uu guud ahaan caalamka waxa ka dhacay sicir-barar nolosha dadyawga dunidda wada saameeyay, wallow ay Somaliland mushkilada arrinkaasi kala siman tahay dunidda inteeda kale, balse waxa jira waxyaabo u dheer.

Inta baddan dunidda, marka qiimaha soo iibsadasha, ama soo saaristu (Production Cost) ee alaabta adeegga iyo kharashaadka hawl socodsiintu (Operational Expenses) ay kordhaan, waxay ganacsatadu kordhiyaan qiimaha iibka (sales price) si ay u daboolaan korodhka qiimaha soo iibsashada (Buying price) ee uu sicir-bararku keenay, iyada oo  kharashaadka hawl socodsiinta ee sicir-barararka la kordha ay ka mid tahay, ama ugu muhiimsan tahay mushaharaadka shaqaalaha (Wages/Salaries), maadaama oo ay jiraan shuruuc iyo nidaamyo ay dawladuhu ku ilaaliyaan heer nololeedka bulsheed oo mushahar bixiyaha ganacsadaha ku qasbaya inuu sidaasi sameeyo (Cost-Push Inflation Perspective).

Marka aynu dhinaca Somaliland usoo laabano, iyada oo uu loo-shaqeeyuhu markasta oo qiimo kac yimaaddo uu qiimaha iibka alaabta adeegga kordhiyo, faa’idadiisana aannay waxba iska beddelin, waxay is weydiintu noqonaysaa, maxaa keenay in aannu kordhin mushaharka shaqaalahu?

Haddaba si aynu su’aashaasi uga jawaabno, aan soo qaadano tilmaamo  aan u la xidhiidhin karo sababaha ii muuqda ee aan is odhan karo waa kuwa keenay dhibtaa:

1.Doorkii dawladda oo gebi ahaanba meesha ka maqan; gaar ahaan wasaaraddii ku shaqada lahayd oo ugu yaraan aan wacyi gelin ka samayn arrintaa, iskadaa xeerar iyo shuruuc ay samaysee.

2.Loo-shaqeeyaha oo shaqaalaha kaga faa’idaysanaya camal la’aanta baahsan ee jirta, xilli qofka shaqaalihii aannu ku dhiiran karin in uu arrintaasi ka hadlo, maadaama oo uu xitaa heli karo hawlwadeeno bilaash ugu shaqeeya.(استغلاال)

3.Maqnaanshiiyaha Ururra-dii shaqaalaha (Labor Union) ee xuquuqdooda u doodi lahaa.

4.Doorkii culimada iyo haldoorka kale ee bulshada ee ka hadalka iyo baraarujinta arrimahaa oo Iyana meesha ka maqan.

5. Mujtamicii oo guud ahaan wixii danta u ahaa ee noloshooda taabanayay lagaga mashquuliyay siyaasad saaqida oo aan baahidooda waxba ka tarin iyo qabyaalad lagaga dhuunto fashilka waxqabad la’aanta.

Gabagabadii waxa aan ku talin lahaa:

1.In hay’addaha dawladda ee hawshaasi ku shaqada lihi arinkaasi indhahooda ku soo jeediyaan, waajibaadkoodana ka gutaan.

2..In loo shaqeeyuhu ganacsaduhu aannu baahida uga faa’idaysan hawlwadeenadiisa uu Allah xikmaddiisa mas’uulka uga dhigay.

3.In u dhaqdhaqaaqayaasha bulsheed (Social Activits), sharci yaqaanada iyo dadka kale ee aqoonta u lihi ay sameeyaan wacyigelinta baahida loo qabo abuuritaanka  xafiisyadii ururadii shaqaalaha ee xuquuqdaasi u ilaalin lahayd shaqaalaha .

4.In culimada iyo haldoorka kaleba ay arrintaas kaga hadlaan masaajidda iyo fagaarayaasha kale ee muhiimka ah.

5.In bulshadu ka ilbaxdo ninka dantiisa wata ee aan mashaakilkooda xalka u hayn ee ku kala qaybinaya qabyaalad iyo wax hunguri mara.
