Ceergaabo(ANN)-Maayarka Magaalada Ceergaabo, Ismaaciil Xaaji Nuur oo ay weheliyaan guddida nabadgelyada gobolka Sanaag, ayaa ka hadlay dhacdadii sababtay dhimashada iyo dhaawaca ee xalay ka dhacday Magaalada Ceergaabo.
