Hargeysa(ANN)-Prof Siciid Xasan Sheekeeye oo ka mid ah Aqoonyahanka Somaliland, ayaa soo bandhigay god-daloolooyin badan oo k ajira nidaamka maamul ee siyaasada dalka.
