#Matthew, Bryden,#David Hopkins, #Emmanuel Deisser and #Colin D #Robinson, they part of a group accused of #spying

#Somalia, Mogadishu (ANN)-The Somali government has filed a lawsuit against six men, some of them foreigners working for international organizations.

The six men, including Matthew Bryden, a Canadian political analyst. He has worked for several aid and political organizations in Somalia and also served as the Coordinator of the Somalia-Eritrea Monitoring Group (SEMG) from 2008-2012.

The names of the six nn summoned to the Banadir Regional Court have been accused of spying and passing secrets to Somali government forces.

Also, among these men are Dr. Colin D Robinson is a study on Security and Defense Studies, Defense Reform, and Security, Assisting Military Forces in an Appropriate Environment in Southern Somalia, David Hopkins, and Emmanuel Deisser is a security and humanitarian expert.

Rashid Abdi and Khayre Abdirahman Rage,  the six men have been informed to appear before the court on April 29, 2021, to defend themselves against the charges, with the Benadir Regional Court announcing today that if they fail to do so, legal action will be taken against for them.
